Stuffed Shells: Vegetarian shells are stuffed with ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, cheddar, & gouda cheese. Vegan shells are stuffed with tofu, spinach, cashew cream, vegan parmesan &spices. Both are baked in a marinara red sauce - 4-6 servings- $30.
